I am pleased to have the opportunity to say some words about my experience with Ridi. I have known Ridi for a long time and recently I started to follow her on social media, especially on content related to workout and nutrition. I have always struggled to find a balance between workout and meal, fit for me. After writing to Ridi and discussing with her what I was looking for and what I wanted to achieve we set a plan together. She would accompany me during my workout sessions, and we would meet virtually once a week to talk about the meal programme she proposed to me and how I was feeling. This helped me a lot. I am very aware of what I need to eat and the importance of working out 5 times a week. I am grateful how Ridi helped me to get this awareness that I am keeping it daily in a fanatic way.
