Post Pregnancy - Incredible results from just 3 weeks with Ridiona!

During my pregnancy I ate healthy food and somehow I managed not to gain much weight (only 13 kg in total).

After giving birth, due to lactation and unstable schedules of the baby I lost the rhythm of eating healthy like many postpartum mothers. I ended up eating unhealthy foods (carbohydrates, sugar and fats) even in the middle of the night.

What I thought it was impossible, Ridiona made it possible and very easy for me.

She designed my meal plan and changed my diet totally. She created easy recipes with healthy ingredients without damaging the breastfeeding process. She also gave me security spiritually and mentally in what I was doing.

Doing the exercises from home, seemed to me a bit foolish since I had seen my friends with other PT-s before and they had not had any visible results. But Ridiona made it very simple, adapting to both my and baby's schedules and reducing exercise schedules to 30 minutes (that was all the free time I had).
